Yoga for kids are fun yoga practices that incorporate games and activities. Games for children is much more then just holding a yoga pose. The activities are design to strengthen connections with each other, building confidence while trying something new.
It's important to remember that kids love to play! and just learning and holding yoga poses with children is not enough. Children find success in yoga because there is no competition. its all about individual progression and this allows any child to enjoy yoga.
Yoga is a life long journey and yoga poses are not expected to be perfectly held in a certain way. All kids (including adults) have bodies that are made differently. We are all built of different shapes and sizes. As kids grow and their bodies change the yoga poses will look and feel differently for them.
